Return and refund policies

Dear customer, please read our refund and return policies carefully before making your purchase, thank you.
KJ VIPS is an online store, which currently has more than 19 items at your disposal, so when you make a purchase, not all items may be available, for this reason, KJ VIPS will make an immediate refund, Upon learning that said item is not in stock, the customer will be notified by email.
The refund will be made by where the customer made the payment.

The returned items must be as received by the client, new and unused, including accessories, documentation, wallpaper and original packaging, otherwise, the good will suffer a depreciation in accordance with the exceptions to the right of withdrawal regulated in the RDL 1/2007, so the customer will not receive a full refund of their purchase.
KJ VIPS does not make refunds, the customer will obtain a purchase voucher for the amount of the order placed or the returned item, once we obtain the item and it meets the return requirements, the purchase voucher is sent to the customer through his email, which does not expire and can be used in any category. Discounts are non-refundable.

KJ VIPS does not admit the return of those products configured to measure (Customized)

KJ VIPS is not responsible for deterioration, broken, etc. Of the boxes of the articles, we send the boxes new, but due to the bad handling of the postal workers, they can be damaged.
The direct cost of returning the package will be borne by the customer as stated in the LGCU.

Please note that we do not accept packages through the COD (Cash on Delivery) service. Also, shipping charges are non-refundable and it is suggested to return the item via your local post office to avoid duties, if necessary.

In the event that the customer receives the item with a color different from the one selected, has manufacturing problems, etc., they can obtain the exchange or replacement of the item, partial refund, or return of the item, obtaining in addition to the total amount of the order, the return cost, in the refund voucher.
